Its now the second time the conference system has shut down submission to early. I am relaxed this time, just wanted to to some extra polish. Two days ago when it shut down I was screaming and shouting at it as I just used some of my precious broadband quota at the lab to upload when the system told me after several meg, "Submissions are closed ..."

It would'nt be a problem when this would be a small conference with a bunch of students hacking a submission system together. But apparently it is one of the biggest and renown conferences in IT. And to round up things in their "How to" they mention something on the lines of: "If something goes wrong with your submission it is your fault"
