But reading the comments you get the picture why it is not used. It is a mixture of ignorance and not-knowing-what-they-are-talking-about. Pretty obvious is also that they make a destinction between Developers and Architects (in the meaning of software architects) - I think to see them as separate entities is already 50% of the failure rate.
